Female Reserve is a longitudinal women’s health intelligence platform. Rather than scoring you against a population average, it records the measures you choose over time and learns your own baseline — the range that is normal for you. Movement is then read against that personal pattern, so a change is shown as a change in your own numbers, not as a verdict about your health.
The app follows eight connected areas: sleep and recovery, energy and function, metabolic markers, strength, cognitive and mood measures, reproductive and hormonal context, sexual health, and cardiovascular measures. Each one is built from what you actually record — a daily check-in of a few short scales, occasional manual measurements, a monthly functional check, or readings imported from a wearable. Every figure states where it came from, and a measure without enough history is shown as collecting rather than guessed at.
It is built for women in midlife and beyond, and for anyone who wants a clear record of how their body changes across the menstrual transition, perimenopause and after. It is designed to be useful from the very first day, with no wearable required and nothing sold on top of it.
Female Reserve is built by a small independent team working at the intersection of women’s health research and software. The evidence behind each area is curated and graded, and the app deliberately does not diagnose conditions, estimate ovarian reserve, or calculate a biological age.
